Art's Nursery is committed to ethical business practices. We have been in business since 1973 and we know that doing business is all about trust. This is especially true in the age of the internet and shopping online. Guarantee:
Art's Nursery Ltd. guarantees our products to be of good quality and true to name. Please report any concerns you have about your purchase within 10 days of receipt. Please ensure that all matters are brought to our attention prior to August 15th of the current year. In the case of a problem, a tuber of our choice, of equal or greater value will credited to your account for the next shipping season. Art's Nursery does not give cash refunds.

Payments:
All prices are listed in Canadian Dollars (CDN). All orders must be paid in full prior to shipping. COD orders will not be accepted. Available payment options include:

    Credit Cards will be charged when the order is recieved.

    Minimum Order Size:
    While we do not wish to place restrictions on order sizes, please be aware that additional handling fees may apply to orders less than $30.00 CDN.

    Cancellation:
    While we respect your right to cancel an order, we reserve the right to charge a cancellation or restocking fee.

    Dishonored Cheques:
    A $20.00 CDN fee will be levied against returned cheques.

    Online Orders:
    At the moment, we only accept in-store orders. In 2008, we hope to re-introduce online ordering for a wide variety of exciting and interestin gardening products. Stay tuned!
