My name is Moira (Moe) Fricke. I have practiced yoga for over twenty years and became a certified instructor two years ago. I teach mat and chair yoga at Inspire Fitness and St. George’s Anglican Church (through Langley Senior Resource Center); both in Fort Langley. I also have a studio on my property called Haven Yoga. My classes are fun, inclusive and accessible. I really enjoyed leading classes last year in the garden at Art’s Nursery and am so happy to be back. See you on the mat at Art’s!
