Perennials are plants that come back year after year. Most perennials sprout in spring, flower in spring, summer or fall, and then die back in winter, only to re-emerge again the following year. Perennials are ideal for adding flowers, foliage and form to our garden. Common perennials include Lavender, Iris, Euphorbia, Heuchera, Daisy, Sedum,Hostas, Hellebores and more. For best results with Perennial gardens, we recommend succession planting. In other words, plant several things in the same area that bloom at different times of year. That way there is always something interesting to look at!
