Laurelle Oldford-Down is a Certified Landscape Designer and Horticulturalist. She has owned and run her own design and install company and has designed uncommon and exquisite residential gardens for uncommon and enthusiastic gardeners from North Vancouver to White Rock, 3 of which were featured on municipal garden tours.

She writes garden articles and features for clubs and the Art’s Website and is a featured Garden Club Speaker. She also is a member of the BC Fruit Testers Association and grafts heritage and connoisseur apples for the UBC Apple Fest and Vandusen Gardens.
